We first found out about Jenny because she is a "Endorsed Local Provider" associated with Dave Ramsey (see DaveRamsey.com) We figured that selling a cabin would be more difficult....but we made it even harder by requesting our additional lot next to the cabin be sold together. We met Jenny and her assistant Holly at our cabin. After we discussed our goals and she looked around, she felt positive the cabin would sell....for even more than I had imagined! After each showing and an open house, we were kept well informed. Also, weekly we received an email that listed the correspondence back and forth between Jenny and other realtors that had shown the cabin, plus interaction that her office (Holly) had with title companies etc. I always felt Jenny had our best interest in mind and it was easy to contact her if we had questions or concerns. Our cabin and additional lot sold for a total close to our asking price! Awesome! I will use Jenny Pace (GreyStone Real Estate) in the future for selling and buying real estate....and you should too!

My agent Jenny introduced herself to me as an agent that she would help me to find my dream house. After I explained to her what kind of house I'm looking for and what's my price range, everyday she e-mailed me a list of properties that could meet my request. I was reviewing some of them with her, and she never hesitated to give me the right answer to all my questions. She was ready to take me on any property that I wondered to see it. Also she was giving me enough information about the environmental condition of any properties I've looked it up. On the other hand, Jenny introduced me to some other nice people for financial purposes and moving processes; like Teri and Holly. Teri helped me to find the best interest rate for my house, and she made the bank agree to buy my house with lowest down payment 3.5% while Holly was helping me with detailed information and instructions about the moving process. So finally what I want to say, my successful experience with Greystone Real Estate was best ever, and this came from the perfect integrated system, this company has. Thanks Jenny, and thanks for everybody helped me to get my first dream house.

It went extremely well. I am very impatient so I didn't want to wait for anything, but of course I had to. All the requirements were handled as quickly as was possible, and it only took about seven weeks (or maybe less, but I was so excited to have it be ours it seemed like forever). She is just great, fun, and such a sport. I believe she mostly handles homes so recreation property with cabins is a little different perhaps, but she just jumped right in, investigated what, if any differences there might be and handled it for us. Please use her services, she is the best!

Jenny is wonderful to work with. We have worked with her before on finding a new home for our family. When it was time to sell our second home, the first person we thought of was Jenny. She has a lot of knowledge, expertise, and charisma. She researched and knew her areas and comps and provided great recommendations on what we needed to maximize our sale. She provided references for us for paint and clean up. When it comes to making deals, she can play hard ball but is also fair in her decisions and recommendations. I was a first time buyer, new to the area and even unsure about what house style I even wanted or that my wife (who was out of the country and new to the USA) would be receptive too?.Jenny Pace fixed everything. I checked Angie?s List prior to getting an agent and Jenny Pace came highly recommended. We met for the first time and I told her my budget limit and area wanted and she got to work. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area I wanted (Ogden east bench). I should also mention that my wife was not yet back in the USA and I was starting my search prior to her return. Jenny was great from the start; she brought me a great initial selection of homes and picked up very fast on what type of home I was looking for almost before I even knew what type. Jenny also provided me with a Mortgage Broker that she worked regularly with and the team was just as professional as Jenny and her team. I actually settled on a historic 1916 home that had been restored and we got started with the VA loan process. I should also mention that both Jenny and the mortgage team worked great together and did not seem to have any regular hours since they worked with me at all hours of the day and weekends. Since this was my first home, they were very generous with all my minor questions and explained every part of the process without leaving me feeling dumb. With Jenny you will always feel like she takes your home search very personally and this came extremely evident when the VA appraisal process started. As I stated before Jenny was very knowledgeable about the area and the comps that she pulled for the area were exactly on target but when the VA assessor submitted their report they valued the home for $16K less than what the seller had agreed to sell for?.we were stuck. Jenny got the report and there was an obvious bias from the assessor regarding older historic homes?.specifically telling Jenny that buyers prefer new homes. Both Jenny and the Mortgage team went to bat for me and submitted reassessment requests with the VA to have the home value re-evaluated and hopefully changed. This paperwork was extensive and detailed and they handled it all with vigor, because they knew how much I and my wife (now that she had finally returned and seen it) wanted the place. Two weeks later the VA adjusted the assessor report and gave us the loan for the amount that the seller and I had agreed upon. Thru the entire process I was kept informed and Jenny contacted me almost daily just to make sure we were doing ok with the extended process. Jenny got us our home and continued to stay in touch even after move in to answer any questions and even contact the seller when we had additional questions. What I can tell you is that with Jenny Pace you will never feel like just another client. She is an extreme professional as well as emotionally connected to you and the process of searching for a home. We felt incredibly taken care of and even sheltered from the more complicated parts of the process. You will know that she is doing everything in her power to ensure that you and your family get the home you want as easily as possible. I cannot imagine having to complete this process without Jenny Pace on my side, and if you get her to take you on as a client then you should consider yourself extremely fortunate.

She was an excellent advisor, steering us away from a transaction headed south and a fierce advocate when a clerical mishap threatened to delay our closing. I recommend her without reservation and will definitely use her again in the process.

Due to her patience, moral support and business acumen our house went under contract two days after being listed in a multi-offer situation and has since sold at above the asking price. The sale of our home was finalized just one month after being listed. We are still currently working with Jenny Pace of Grey Stone Real Estate on the build of our new home. Jenny helped us buy a home that was foreclosing. She was awesome at handling all the details along the way. I know she worked very hard to make sure the purchase went as smoothly as possible. Jenny was a complete professional through the home buying process. I can't emphasize that enough. The home I purchased was a short sale and these types of purchases can be very difficult. In fact, the process was much more challenging than I anticipated but it was no challenge for Jenny. She navigated me through, and prepared me for, every step of the short sale process. We were on the market for 4 (Four) hours. She coached us all the way. I called her off of Angie's list because of her improbable 17 A's in a row. No one gets that. Boy was I wrong, they need an A+++ rating so we could give her that. She called back within 30 minutes and showed up the next day with comps, research, and a great walkthru of the house to get to a perfect price. She set up our negotiation points for the property and we priced it and listed it. Four (4) hours after it was on the market we had a walkthru from an agent and clients and the house had an offer. First walkthru, immediate offer. It was $5K over the asking price... She helped us thru the negotiation with the buyer, the inspection, etc. We had constant updates on the funding, and all the financials. The bottom line is that Jenny exceeds your expectations on how you want to be treated and taken care of in a very large financial decision. Awesome Awesome Awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable. She did a really good job of asking the right questions. She has a very good network of other service folks related to buying a home such as title companies and mortgage companies.

Jenny was extremely organized with all phases of the selling process including carefully executing a multiple offer situation. I have bought three properties previous to this and sold one as well. I've worked with 2 other agents and have purchased a home on my own without an agent. Jenny was incredible! I will always use her in the future. I don't know how she made me feel like she always had time for me. I'm pretty sure she had the ability to be in multiple places at one time. I don't know how she was so thorough and always prepared. I loved how she educated me with lots of details throughout the process. Jenny Pace is a helpful, knowledgable realtor who gets results! She helped us sell our home in less than a month, and we had a home with a less than desirable location. Before talking to Jenny we had asked a different realtor for his assessment, and he made improbable predictions about how easy it would be to sell our house for a very high price. Consequently we called Jenny, and she gave it to us straight. Because of her honesty and shrewdness, we will use her in the future when we decide to sell any property.

Jenny helped me through every step of the home buying process. She was there from the first day that I started with the financing to the day I closed on my first home, answering every single question I had along the way. She worked extremely hard to ensure that I received a good deal and was very knowledgeable to help steer me away from bad investments. Jenny and her staff were understanding of what I was looking for in a house. They were incredibly patient while I looked for just the right fit and they never pressured me into making a decision I was unsure of. When issues came up after the inspection, Jenny made sure that the seller fixed them. Since closing in August, I have had a few maintenance and repair problems and Jenny has been amazing in helping me through those crises as a first time home owner. We have used realtors several times in our lives and when the transaction is complete we leave the deal wondering what they really did to deserve the comission. This was not the case with Jenny. When we decided to sell our home, Jenny was recommended to us by a couple of family members and friends. We had her come out to our house before we put it on the market to tell us what she thought we should do to make our house more appealing to potential buyers. It ended up being quite a list! We put the house on the market on May 20, 2013. The house was under contract on May 22, 2013. Now we started looking for a new house. It turned out to be a lot harder than we thought. My husband has bad asthma and allergies. Which are irritated by cigarette smoke and animals, especially cats. Half the houses had these issues. Which meant that we would have to re-do the entire inside of the house! During this time, the interest rate changed so our buyers had to back out. Now we were back to square one again! So we had no choice but to put the house back up and cross our fingers. We were still looking for houses though. We had put an offer on one, but they declined because we hadn't sold our house yet. I was starting to give up hope and was very frustrated. Jenny helped keep me calm and reminded me that everything would work out. Then our house was under contract again 3 days after we re-posted it. The closing on this house ended up having to be changed 4 times! Things kept coming up on the buyers end that kept postponing it. Jenny would send me e-mails every day of houses that had just come up on the market that day.We found that one of the hardest things to find was a place to park our 5th wheel. We looked at one We looked at one and instantly fell in love with it. We put in an offer that day and it was accepted. We were worried that they would end up taking another offer since our closing of our other house kept being postponed. But Jenny managed to keep them in the loop daily and they waited for us. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone who's looking to buy or sell. She's a very hard worker and will do all she can to help you. She certainly did that for us!!
