I use them all the time, it is a daily occurrence with them. I have a DSL line. The service is fine. It is the only one here. I would stay with them because I already have them.

I called the company and explained what was happening and they sent out a serviceman to replace the modem and to insure it was working properly.

He arrived when he said he would. He was quick, efficient and answered all my questions. My first three months were free and my monthly rate of $39.00 I was able to put on autopay. Whenever I have had any questions or problems (especially after power outages or lightening etc) they have been readily available with assistance.
