Terrible. The worst consumer experience I have ever had. I joined Angie's List just so I can warn others. In Hot Water installed a boiler that has never worked properly. There has been over a dozen service calls and in the 4 years it has been continually worked on while in our home we have been without heat and hot water for over 4 months. They continually deny any responsibility for selling and installing a Lemon. They have refused refunding even their installation costs let alone the mark up they made by selling the boiler.
