Watterson Brothers was very professional and prompt with their bid for completing the footings and foundation on our new home. They showed up to do the work on the days they promised. They did very good quality work and finished on time. They didn't even make the slightest fuss about coming back weeks later to complete the deck footings. And when the final invoice came, it was less than their bid! I wish all of our subs performed like Watterson did. I highly recommend them.

All went perfectly and I'm extremely pleased with the work of this family business. One of the most Impressive things was how punctual everyone was. The crews always showed up exactly on time, all the work was high quality (measuring, setting the forms, tying the rebar, etc.) and they were fast. The first day the crew arrived at 7:30am, and by 9:45am the footings were formed and poured (concrete truck -- Jack B Parson -- also arrived exactly on time). After curing for a day, they arrived the following afternoon to form and pour the foundation wall. Again, all went as planned. The scheduled the concrete and inspections, had the right materials delivered in advance, and hit every detail. When the framers arrived a few weeks later, the commented it was square and level, and the framing went up without any problems from the foundation. And most impressive? The final invoice was about $150 less than their estimate. I called Kami to ensure it wasn't an error and she said they poured a little less concrete than they estimated, so adjusted the price down. Wow. I'm Very happy with Watterson.
