Said they would waive deductible but didn't, said they won't replace gutters instead but took money for it. Arrived 2 days late. Promised to get job done in a day in a half but took 6 days. Said they would have a 5 person crew but only 2 people showed up. Didn't communicate they would be late. Roof vent installed didn't go to the end of the roof, it stopped short it doesn't look right.

They did it all in one day. They were very fast. Very professional. They came in and they had a big crew to finish the job. They were not intrusive. They did a really good job. No complains at all. We were very happy with the roof.
