home theater design
 + -1 moreVery poor and not as knowledgeable as a professional in this field should be. Missed and late for appointments. Never finished the installation. The TV which he sold me and installed was defective and he refused to have anything to do with having it replaced or fixed. I tried to contact him for over a month and he did not take any of my calls. Finally I asked his secretary to pass a message to him that if he did not call me back there would be further consequences. He then called me back and and was abusive on the phone and called me every name in the book. I would recommend using any other service but this one. They are totally unreliable and unethical
Description of Work: I purchased and paid for installation an entire home of audiovisual equipment which included a flat screen TV, a surround sound system, dvd player,universal remote, etc.
