We hired him a couple of years ago to do mulch and plant some plants. He was wonderful then and is wonderful now. You need to hire this gentleman for any landscape needs.

He was punctual, friendly and he delivered more than we asked for. He spent time pruning, and replanting plants that we didn't even ask to have anything done with. The replanting he did was because the plants that he noticed, that we had planted, were planted to deep in the ground and would not have done well as the soil deep down is clay and does not drain well. He seemed tireless and worked until the job was done. He cleaned up all mess and debris. He took some small specimens of plants that we needed replaced and came back with beautiful, healthy, large plants that were exactly right. My husband and I would recommend him very highly and will definitely have him come back in the future.

Ward O'Brien is a godsend! He skillfully resolved a grading issue in our flower beds that had been slowly, over the years, causing damage to our home. He listened carefully to our problem, gave us a simple but effective solution and executed it quickly. He arrived on time, stayed on budget and gave us some really great and practical advise. I will most definitely have Ward working in my yard again. I look forward to hearing some of his great ideas for beautifying our back yard!!

Ward is a consummate professional. It's obvious from his portfolio and his work here, that he takes his profession seriously. Every rock was planned out in its placement as well as the attendant water runoff work that he did behind the wall. I can't recommend him highly enough. Personable, punctual, professional ... he knows what he is doing and it shows. The people at Woodward Landscaping Supplies, where I purchased the supplies, remarked to me that they wished more 'professionals could be like Ward'. And it's true.

Ward came and showed us pictures of work he has done, looked at what was here, listened to what we thought we might like and then laid out proposed path using hoses to show us what it would look like and adjusted it until we had what we thought we wanted. He then had us go to the hardscape supplier to pick out what we wanted for pavers, stairs and the wall. He then let us know when he would start the work, once he lined up the excavator, and did the job. He explained the process as he did the job letting us know what to expect as he proceeded. He came when he said he would be here and weather permitting and completed the job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the work Ward has done. We felt the price was fair and worth every penny.
