 + 0 moreValet did an excellent job on both the bumper replacement and build-up removal! The car looks almost brand new again. They even vacuumed the interior and washed the car. They allowed me to drop off my vehicle at the shop the day before repair work. I also needed a rental car a day earlier than the repair day, and they took care of it with no additional charge to me.
Description of Work: Replace back bumper. Remove road build-up in clear coat.

Description of Work: I just went for a quote on repairing a large dent in my 2006 Jetta. The quote was WAY higher than other places. I think they assumed I would report the dent to my insurance and therefore gave a high quote. The estimator was courteous and professional, I just think they were too high on the quote.

 + -1 moreAfter an accident, our car was towed to this shop. We knew nothing about it and were a bit apprehensive, but once we began working with them all of our concerns disappeared.
Description of Work: Not only did they provide superb work, they were superb at communicating with us. We never felt that we were "in the dark" on any issues relating to our auto body work. We visited the shop and it was spotless! Everything was state-of-the-art. I would recommend them to anyone who has had a fender bender or larger accident.
