They are wonderful. I pay the bill every 3 months. I know that they are on top of things. They had to replace a battery in one of my motion sensors and as soon as that started going off, they called me to see if everything was okay. So they’re very punctual and very thorough. They’re awesome.
Description of Work: I use Protection 1 Salt Lake City for my home alarm.

They were on time and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. They installed the alarm system by all the windows and connected them with the door. They didn't follow-up on the paperwork, but overall it was a good job.
Description of Work: They fixed each window and connected them to the doors for the alarm system.

This company used to install security systems for free, and then you just signed up for a certain amount of monitoring. They stopped that program a number of years ago. My brother explained my situation and they went above and beyond to protect me.
Description of Work: They wired a keypad and siren. They put in smoke/heat detectors, motion detectors and door alarms.
