+ -1 moreThey dropped the ball on everything! Apparently they have never closed a loan for a disabled veteran who takes advantage of their benefit of not paying property taxes, we had to cough up 800.00 at our closing to save the deal because the title company did not prepare the documents correctly. Then they did not call to confirm payoff before they sent it in, there was an over payment that took some time to recover.
