Kurt will be honest and explain in detail how the insurance process works. Has good contractors who are experienced and know their stuff. Job took a little longer than expected but I understand that can be out of their control sometimes.

Customer Service from this company is stellar, along with their knowledge and skill. I highly recommend them. We had flood damage from an outside sprinkler. They were there very quickly even though it was the end of the work day. which save the water from traveling into other areas. I appreciated the communication from them as well. Great company. I would hire them again, however I would prefer to not have this issue repeated

Besides one of the employees being a tad pushy about coming over and having their company fix the problem instead of us doing it ourselves, I'd say they did a great job explaining things, responding quickly, and being helpful!
