Blair and Co did a FANTASTIC job, from start to finish.  I had taken 3 other bids and even though Blair came in higher than 2 of the others, I could tell he knew his stuff.  We were a bit indecisive as to the deisgn/layout of the new porch and he had some great ideas and also helped us pick the color and design.  If you know what you want, great but if you need a different point of view by a guy who's poured  A LOT of concrete, Blair and this company is excellent.  Blair was busy and tough to pinpoint for a meeting to bid the project but he stayed in communication if he couldn't make it and promised we would make it work and he was true to his word.  Other contractors I'd requested bids from were no-shows or just didn't communicate if they were late etc, Blair at least would notify me of his schedule.  After the original bid, I was able to negotiate down some and his guys were out 3 days later to excavate, form and pour.  He had different guys doing different tasks so it did take a couple days (a couple hours a work a day) but it was done to our specification and came out beautiful.  We couldn't be happier with the service, the price and the quality.
