I told them to then contact my son since it was his group and that's when the merry-go-round began. They were very unresponsive and were charging my credit card unauthorized for like $700-$800 after the original $500 I did authorize, as well as charging my son's credit card too. I contacted Mike Pipps with the consumer complaint board in Utah. Later my son sent information to the BBB and literally a minute later a man named Joel from Hit Web Design called my son and myself and harrassed us for over an hour. The Utah county office, where Jennifer works, said they have heard about this Joel before. Well Joel kept calling my son and myself and I finally hung up on him. He was very mad about the BBB report. Finally he got tired of calling, and this issue still hasn't been resolved. This company has gone by several names: Hit Web Design, Heritage Web Design, Heritage Web Solutions, and Heritage Internet Technologies.

I would tell anyone that is interested in using them that they need to research them thoroughly. I was promised to have my website up and running in a certain time and that has not happened. Every time I contact them, they try to sell me something new. They do a great job of luring you in with their price and promising great outcomes, but I have yet to see either of those.

I would tell anyone who is thinking about using them to research them a lot. I have had a lot of problems with them, and I am not the only one. They promise a lot and never come through. They had guaranteed that my site would be done in a certain time and it is still not up and running correctly. Every time I talk to them, they try to sell me something new because they make me believe that I need it. They are very good at luring the customers with good prices and promise quick results, but that just has not been the case for me.

When I first agreed to have my web-page done by heritage, they were great! Nice! Good customer service! But now, I can barely get someone on the phone to help or to return my calls!
