Home Building
“Yesterday’s Craftsmanship, Today’s Nightmares” should be
the real motto posted on the Gough Homes
website. Maybe their spec. homes are okay, but if you truly have a dream “custom”
home you have designed from scratch, Gough will quickly turn your dream
into a nightmare. We are experienced custom home builders. The only
reason we did not use our previous contractor(s) was because they were honest
and told us it would take at least six months to build our custom home.
We were in a time crunch and Gough Construction said it would take 3-4
months. Almost a year later, the house is finally finished. At
least Gough doesn’t lie about “yesterday’s craftsmanship.” Our roof
leaks, our basement leaks and the new air conditioner doesn’t work. Not
to mention, Gough’s CEO himself called and assaulted us with profanity
and threats. Now, that truly is “yesterday’s” customer service.
Save your dreams for experienced custom home contractors and run away from
garbage Gough Homes as fast as you can.
