Edge Plumbing Inc

A homeowner's worst nightmare.  Edge Plumbing was sent into my home by Alliance Home Warranty (now known as First American Home Buyers Protection). What was a small drip to be repaired turned into the plumber flooding out my basement bedroom!  Oddly, he had a flood repair company on call, which sure seemed suspicious. The plumbing company owner would not accept responbsibility for the damage his young plumber caused to my home and won't cooperate or return calls.  If a repairman does damage to your home, they should be liable.  This turned into an emergency mess of water damage everywhere for what was to be a tiny repair. I contacted my insurance company who responsibly got an adjuster out and handled the repairs, but I had to pay a $1000 deductible, and now have a ding on my homeowner's insurance, as insurance coverage was nearly $6000 in repairs to my home caused by Edge Plumbing's damage. All for what was a slow drip to be repaired! It is over a year later and my insurance company is still trying to deal with these people to take responsibilityfor the damage they caused to my home.  Buyer beware!
