Dan and his team's work on my house led to electrical hazards, overpriced parts, and weeks of delays. I've never had this bad of an experience with a contractor and he still owes me money from overpayments. Here are only some of the issues I experienced: -Installed new electric panel. I had to hire another electrician who told me their install was a safety hazard and half of the connections did not work. Original estimate was about $1200, Ended up costing me over $5,000 -Charged me $70 each for over 50 $40 home depot switches. -Light switches are either not functional or they were installed UPSIDE DOWN. -Blew up one of my landscape transformers that I had to replace. -Left his trailer in my driveway for over a week and we could not get our car out of the garage. -Charged me full rate of an electrician at $120/hr for 3 extra helpers to install a chandelier without clearing it with me while I was on vacation (4 x 120 = $480/hr for a full day).

I hired Dan to complete an electrical panel replacement. He was communicative and was easy to work with. We ran into a delay but Dan and his crew stuck with it until it was done correctly and the power could be turned back on before cleaning up and leaving. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend.

There were a few postponements, which I think is typical, but otherwise the job was well planned out, finished as stated and cleaned up nicely. Both Dan and Glen were friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. I will call them again.
