Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication & Unresolved Issues If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with DaBella has been an absolute nightmare due to their lack of communication, constant delays, and complete disorganization. From the start, my roofing project was plagued with poor coordination between DaBella, the installers, and the city. The process was full of miscommunication, unreturned calls, and delays that dragged on for months. At one point, the city even placed a stop work order due to missing permits, yet DaBella still attempted to move forward with the project. Throughout this ordeal, I had to call over 20 times just to get a response. Every time I reached customer service, the representatives were polite but completely unhelpful—no one knew who I was, no one had answers, and I kept getting told that someone would call me back, which rarely happened. The only way I got updates was by chasing them down myself. The office manager, Charlee Christensen, initially offered $300 to make up for the problems, but after I countered with a more reasonable amount, she completely ghosted me. It has now been weeks with no response, proving that their promises of “customer satisfaction” are just empty words. For a company that sells itself on quality and professionalism, this experience has been anything but. I regret ever working with DaBella, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that actually values its customers. Avoid DaBella at all costs!

Their communication is horrible after you sign the contract. We had a change order in place a couple days after signing the contract to change color. The wrong color was delivered. We were told by our salesman that he would get back to us when he got to the office. We never heard from him again. The company that was hired to do the install was amazing and helped us get everything fixed. I was told that they would work on a discount for all the other hassles we dealt with. We would’ve never have gone with this company. They were extremely overpriced. We paid over $25,000 for 800 square feet of siding. We have a brick house with a garage that is siding.

They are sweet when it comes to Sales but the follow through Sucks! I am still waiting on a call back from someone they were supposed to be done 3 weeks ago they dropped off Material on April 17th . My last text well let's just say no one has responded, finally I noticed someone on my ring today looks like they are there May 2nd. But the GM or his assistant was supposed to call me and let me know what kind of discount for all the hassle and honestly poor customer service! Seriously try to avoid if possible - Still waiting for a text or call back last comminution was Thursday April 25 at 11:44 a.m. she said they were missing material but they don't need it until they are done but they are on there way out and finish everything up and let's say when I reached out on Monday no one responded and she needed to talk to the GM to approve more of a discount and I still yet to see anything! Very Frustrating! Oh and let's not forget they needed to charge me more for plywood and they were quick to send over the paperwork. But yet not quick enough to answer my questions!

We purchased the upgraded windows and were told by the sales person that these windows had a 10-year, "no questions asked" warranty. The example was that even if our kid threw a rock through the window, they would be covered. On the front end, everything went great. We even purchased windows for our house plus a rental. The problems began soon after the windows were installed. One window broke from corner to corner without explanation. They replaced this window after much argument. Later, another window broke without in the same pattern. We didn't jump call them immediately until we found another window in the other house that broke in the same pattern. Our second call to DeBella was just after two years from installation, so they said we needed to go to the manufacturer. They rejected the claim as well saying that only manufacturer defects were covered. Serious "bait and switch" from DeBella as well as the manufacturer, but because nothing was in writing, we have no recourse.

From meeting with the salesmen to the final installation, I could not be happier. The sales, office manager, people in charge of scheduling installs, to the installers, I could not be happier. The products are first class. Gutters and covers are a beautiful addition to my house. Who ever thought that basement windows could be beautiful and functional? Mine are! I love them! The installers, Tate and Sam were so respectful and did beautiful work! I keep going downstairs to admire the new look for my son's man cave. My tenant is delighted with her new windows!! Be patient! It does take time to get custom windows. No two window openings are the same. It was well worth the wait.

John and Dominick arrived on time and were very professional. They were very courteous and answered all of my questions regarding replacement windows for my basement. The product checked all of my boxes. They were very thorough in explaining all of the bells and whistles. Who would have thought that basement windows could be of such high quality? They also got my order for my gutters and gutter covers. Cannot wait!!

Bryan and Dominick came out to our home after we received a flyer on our front door. We planning on receiving several estimates, and they were the first ones we called. They did a thorough examination of our roof and attic and took an adequate amount of pictures to show us the damage they found. They were extremely well-informed and educated, pleasant to work with and have in our home, and got the price within our budget. We felt so confident with them and the products on the first visit that we signed that day and did not move forward with any additional companies coming out. So if you are like us, and really don't have the time to spend talking to several companies, I highly suggest calling DaBella first.

They ripped us off. The salesman sold us high quality windows at a good price. But when the written agreement was emailed to us it was for lesser quality windows. We did not not realize the mistake and signed it. Always carefully read the contract or you might get ripped off too.

DaBella sales are great, install are great workers, but the company is horrible at communicating and they started work without pulling a permit from the city as my contract said they would do. Not even the contractor working the install could get ahold to find out if the permit was pulled from their own office. Mg home is left 1/2 done! Plus we had a horrible rain storm. This is unacceptable. The general manager was suppose to call me and hasn’t. The office manager lied to me. I’m very disappointed with this company.

They do NOT answer the phone at the office and are terrible to work with. I was asked to write a review of the service before the windows were installed. I would like to amend that now that I have MOST of my windows. They do NOT answer the phone at the office. They were unable to install one window because of the way my house was built. That would not be a problem if they had adjusted the price. The rep came to my door to get me to sign off on the work. He aggressively told me I had to sign that paper and he would make sure the price adjustment was made. I said I'd like to wait until it was adjusted. He said I just needed to sign that. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, but still thought he would take care of it. Still no adjustment. I like the windows I got, but I think I paid too much and would not recommend DaBella.

During Inspection: “Inspector” (read: salesman) didn’t bring a ladder big enough to get on my roof. When leaving the attic, he got insulation all over my husband‘s clothes. Post inspection: He said the average price for a roof replacement was 20k-30k (out of our budget, and I told him that). He never talked about working with insurance, only financing. Then he used every typical (and stereotypical) sales tactic in the book to try to sway me. When I finally stopped him and told him that he was wasting our time, he did the following: In. My. Living. Room. He called his manager to tattle on me. He told his manager that the roof needs to be replaced, but I said it’s not in the budget and I want him to leave. His manager did not tell him to respect the homeowner and leave. His manager told him to keep pushing and try to get me to finance. He hung up, passed along his manager’s message, and thought I would go along with it. I had to use my mom voice to get him to leave.

We had windows done with dabella and Zach was professional and friendly. I didn’t feel pushed into buying anything. We saw the energy efficient windows. This is definitely not your Home Depot windows and you can tell they are of high quality.

We requested a quote from DaBella and the response was very quick. Jon and Taylor came to our home the same day. They took measurements and photos of our house and presented us with a plan plus computer generated photos of what our house would look like with the changes. The presentation was thorough and all of our questions were answered….which were many! Jon and Taylor were very patient with us and worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with product and pricing, We will write another review when the work is complete! So far so good!

I contacted DaBella to come out and do an inspection on my roof. Isaiah was very professional in explaining all the issues that were wrong with my roof. The attic was way too hot and it caused the shingles to start falling off. I decided to move forward because of Isaiah's honesty and knowledge with what was going wrong. The install process went really great. They did show up a little bit late but they were in and out and the job was properly cleaned up like I expected it to be. After the project was over. Drew Holmes and Michael Johnson stopped by to get my signature for the completion. They were so kind in magnetically sweeping my yard to make sure all the nails were picked up. Also, they took my old dish and disposed of it. All around great experience.

Eylan is very knowledgeable and both were extremely friendly and patient, with everything we ordered they ended up staying for a few hours and they were patient with us on trying to decide what we wanted. From when Zach came to talk about the windows with everyone else came to check out to the guy who came to measure and the two installers ( I’m sorry I forgot what their names were) and Richard who came to double check everything everything after the project was done it was all an absolutely a phenomenal experience. They are not the most inexpensive option but you get what you pay for especially on the service side of things. Will for sure be a repeat customer when we get budget to finish the rest of the windows.

Kyle and Tristan did a great job coming out and being very patient and transparent to make sure that we were able to get everything locked in exactly the way that we wanted it to be and making sure that we were comfortable with everything at every step of the way. We are really excited to have this project getting going and glad that Kyle and Tristan are here to guide us along with all our questions as I tend to over analyze everything and try to understand all the details.
