Carpet Diem was incredible to work with replacing water damaged flooring.  We had flooring installed by them about 2 years ago in our basement, a hickory laminate. Which looked awesome, until one night our water softener leaked.  Alice was awesome to work with, she was very responsive and placed our order imediately.  She also told us that the flooring had dropped in price and that we would be getting the new lower price, talk about an honest company.  She also followed up with the laminate company and made sure we were very well informed about the timing of our order as it was backordered.  She somehow got the date inproved and had it deliverd a week earlier than what the flooring company had orginally promised. The crew that installed the floor, did an awesome job and everything has been fixed.  I'm was very pleased start to finish with the whole process.
