Internet Service
The install itself took forever to get someone to come out and install the equipment. We were charged twice in the same year for an install because we moved. The Internet service was terrible. It was always breaking. It was broken almost every day. I would call to talk to technical service and they wouldn't help me. They would tell me that they would look into it. Meanwhile, I would sit here with broken Internet. Finally we decided to cancel our service and go with someone else. We called blue zone and they messed up cancelling our service. Now here it is nine months later and they haven't come to un-install the antenna from our roof. We called them to come get it several times and they told us they would later because they were busy.
