I don't believe it was their fault. I had a 70 in smart TV that was cracked and would not come on. They came out and looked at it and told me that it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I already figured that. But Angie should not have booked this, because 3 hours is impossible to fix a broken screen on a 70 in TV. Especially when they don't really even do that. Like I said it's cheaper to buy a new one. Hopefully this won't keep happening in the future. You can't fix giant TVs.

They handled security cameras, trouble shooting my 20 year old theater, install much improved while house music system and re programmed my universal remote. Great work, clean , and no weird extras.

Dustin is awesome!! He came out and installed a projector, screen, wiring, universal remote and home theater set up. He did a walk through the day before to make sure he understood what I was wanting and had all of the parts. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and did an awesome job! I can't recommend him high enough! He did so much more than he originally contracted out to do and even though it took him several hours longer because of this, he still didn't charge me extra!! Seriously- Dustin knows his stuff and is of high integrity. I have no problems leaving him alone in my house to do his work. He works fast and does a great job. He knows the ins and outs of home theater along with computers. I only wish I had known how vast his knowledge was before so I could have used him on so much more stuff. He is my go to guy! I had used him on a car stereo way back in the day so when I found him again I was excited to have him do work for me knowing how meticulous and professional he had been on my car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anything. He went so far above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Dustin spent the entire day, 9am - 8pm working on a reconfiguration of the sound system throughout our home. Upgraded many existing pieces, got everything working as requested, did some trouble shooting as necessary and resolved EVERYTHING while always being very patient with us as we are so unfamiliar with how it all functions and had many questions and requests. Was a fantastic experience and he is available for questions or issues that may arise in the future which adds to the peace of mind of paying for something like this.

I enjoyed working with Audio Wizard. They were professional and as far as I can tell honest. We've had a lot of people coming in and out of our home fixing things and these guys were the best ones. I was glad I hired them.

The installers that ended up coming over was actually the business owner and his wife. Totally cool - they were super polite, friendly, and professional, all at the same time. They respected my home, even complimented it, and were clean with their project. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. Great couple, highly recommended.

Dustin was professional in every way that matters. First, Dustin communicated quickly with us by email and text. It was actually a bit shocking how prompt he was in communicating with us compared to subs and service providers I have worked with over the years. Second, Dustin's bid was detailed and very fair. Third, Dustin was pleasant. He was mindful of our budget, gave us options, pros and cons, but there was not the slightest hint of hard upselling. Fourth, Dustin's work was simply outstanding. He had to cut into a wall and ceiling to install speakers in the ceiling, but he replaced the sheetrock so professionally, allowing me to easily spackle and paint. Fifth, we absolutely love the one-remote system Dustin set up for the various devices we have. Simple and powerful. I have worked with dozens of subs and service providers over the last thirty plus years, and Dustin has got it figured out: great communication, fair prices, excellent work. Pretty simple. Very rare.

First I would like to say that Dustin was the ONLY company that would return my phone call and voicemail. He gave me good information and an approximate estimate for the services I needed. He was on time and called/texted me before arriving. When he arrived he was able to explain what needed to be done without making me feel ignorant. He put down drop cloths, cleaned up after installation and even centered my couch in front of my new equipment. He left my remotes neatly in a row. One thing I especially appreciate is I do not feel that I was overcharged. In fact the total fee was less than expected. There are too few companies out there like this anymore. I had audio wizard come to get all the cat5 cables working throughout my house. They came, cleaned up the massive mess of wires the builder left down stairs and got everything working properly.

Above and beyond customer service. Spent qualify time with me before and after the project to make sure everything was "Just Right" Provided details on the project offering advice for Better/Best and did not just push for price. Very Professional, A job well done.

Dustin was phenomenal. Extended ethernet cable, solving several sticky problems associated with condo building. Great work ethic and attitude. As an added plus, he solved an audio problem we didn't even hire him for that has been bugging me for over a year! I was ecstatic. And he left the house spotless. Brought his own vacuum, even. Best home repair we've had in a long time. Totally satisfied.

Dustin and Hedi installed a ethernet, wireless, and coax network in our new Edge Home in the Canyon Hills development. An excellent project presentation was provided in pdf format listing all materials, materials description, pricing, and total costs for the project was very fair. In my past profession as a computer systems administrator for a major paper manufacture I have very high standards for any computer systems work. Dustin met my standards and then some. Very professional work, high work ethic, and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Audio Wizard.
