Horrible. Owner is not too smart, is racist, and is a cheat. He Can't do basic math. Will try to cheat you by charging finance charge of 15% for a bill that's only 1 week late, saying it's a 15 % late fee. At that rate, he's charging 720% finance charge a year. Questioned him about this, and he didn't understand basic math. Multiple errors in billing, including invoices that had already been paid, but he said were still outstanding. After i questioned him about the invoices, he never replied, but he took the double charged amount off the invoice with no explanation, but proceeded to charge me another 30% interest for a late fee on a balance that did not exist. I questioned him about this again, and he still didn't reply. He just took the charge off the next bill, with no explanation. He tried to cheat us multiple times like this. CAN NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I AM QUESTIONING HOW MANY PEOPLE HE HAS DONE THIS TO SO FAR?
