We have had a terrible experience with AAA. If you want to pay premium prices for half-ass services, then go with AAA. Otherwise I would look elsewhere. Make sure you keep proper accounting of your service. They will try to slide extra months and fees into your bills. Pray that nothing ever goes wrong, if something does and you contact Andrew the owner he will never get back to you, even with relentless follow up. I would suggest staying away from this company.

Horrible. Always double check your billing with them for extra fees Will try to cheat you if You are not paying attention.

"Hi Hanako, We were hired by your father (Hideo B.) at the beginning of 2018 and continued taking care of your small restaurant until September 2019 landscape season. Your father was an amazing man and a joy to work for. In fact Your father (Hideo B.) left us a great review in 2018! In Sept 2019 (when you took over the business) we were surprised to get a notice of cancellation from you and called to discuss this with you. During that phone call you expressed your wish was to cancel (which we honored) but also informed you that there was just a 30 day written notice of cancellation on your contract. At that time you decided to cancel."

Friendly and professional staff. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They offered other services that I was not aware of, but no pressure to purchase anything. They are a full service yard care company for those who need everything from trees, to flowerbeds to lawns.

Great company. Andrew was really professional and helpful. The workers were really hard workers. They did not leave until the job was all wrapped up and done right! It was not an easy job but no complaining! Got me in fast and showed up early!

Sometimes he is missing the days he says he is going to be here. He doesn't have the greatest communication skills sometimes I have to reach out multiple times to get a hold of him. Overall I would give him a B. He is a little over priced on his clean up rates. I am not sure I will use the company again this year....

"Initially we were just going to replace the system solenoids but upon further inspection of the system, valves were found to be failing. After discussing it with Wayne, he decided to have us replace the systems valves. Job was complicated as one of the valve boxes was located next to an established tree with extensive surface roots. Install went well and with all brand new valves his system will be running trouble free for years to come!"
