T-N-T House Painting

TNT painted my stucco house (40 gallons) and eaves with paint made for stucco (more elastic). They first power washed the home and repaired all the cracks in the walls and chimney. They did the same for a low stucco wall surrounding the property.
At first, there was a weather delay and the owner could have been a bit more communicative during that. Referencing a previous review, the owner is and quot;energeticand quot; but we got along just fine.
Once the job was started, it was done quickly, efficiently and was of high quality. I had no big issues.

I called from a post card sent in the mail and left a message it was about a week before they returned my call. We set an appointment the next day for Tim to come to my house to give an estimate. He didn't show. I called when he was about an hour late but just got his voice mail. A couple of hours later I called again and Tim answered he acted like I was interrupting his day, he didn't apologize but said he could come now. I told him never mind, I did remind him of his postcard which states and quot;Immediate Call Backsand quot; I was willing to give him another chance but with his attitude I decided not to.
