It was a terrible experience, He gave a bid then comes back a week later saying he didn't figure the material cost correctly but only gave half the material cost at that time, who does that? As well as wanting another $1,000.00 dollars to do the job, he should know the cost of materials and the cost of his labor with a grand total for the customer. He did some work and was paid $300.00 for those services. He is very unprofessional and he treated us with disrespect upon wanting our refund back as he agreed to. Don't waste your time with Carn Enterprise, hire a real pro instead.

No problems. Told me he had another commitment when I called and that he wanted to finish it before starting mine, which I appreciated, since he was then able to concentrate on my job. He fabricated two new wooden pillars that matched the originals very well, and installed them quickly. They're still holding up beautifully.

Poor communicator.  Did not listen to things we emphasized that he must take into consideration before he started the job and got upset when we told him he had done things wrong that we discussed at the beginning.  This is the first time I have dealt with a contractor.  If I ever do again, I will spell out all details in the contract before signing it.

I actually found them through the Better Business Bureau. I thought their work was good and thorough. I really like that he specified what time he would start and finish and he did finish in the timeframe that he gave me. He told me that he only does one job at a time because he likes to focus on what he is doing.
