+ -1 moreI give Jim high marks in all categories. I would not hesitate to call on Jim again for any electrical work I need done in the future. The surge protector (parts and labor) was $200. The remainding $800 was to cover all other aspects of the job. I feel I got my money's worth. I have peace of mind my 1980 era house is up to date and meets the current code requirements for new homes. Jim was conscientious. He pointed out the smoke detectors needed to be upgraded/replaced.
Description of Work: The job called for Jim to replace all our wall switches/plugs and existing GFI outlets. In addition, GFI outlets were to be installed where they should have been but weren't. This job covered the entire house - inside and outside - and the garage. Finally, the problem with the lights in the hall bathroom (wouldn't work) was to be identified and fixed. Jim was to install a whole house surge protector.
