I have used Page Drywall many times over the years, but the business has really gone downhill and I would not recommend them to anyone. They took over a week to come measure for a bid when they said it would only take a few days. Also they did not call or text when they were coming and so they came when no one was home and decided to go ahead and measure and bid without even a discussion of the project. They gave a bid and I asked for a few additions and then they said they decided the job was too small, even though it was the size of small house and would have been around $5k with the additions. It is clear that Page Drywall does not value previous customers. The quality of their work was average, but there customer service and communication is lacking.

"We try to do the best we can, and we make most of our customers happy. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is a person that seems to be mad at the world. After being very rude to our office staff, we decided not to do business with him. We do not usually comment on these things, but we feel we need to on this. The things he said are totally false and made up to try and make us look bad. We know we aren’t perfect, but we take great pride in the product we provide and if you look at the other reviews, we think you will see that. If we do something wrong, we are okay with a bad review. We feel it is wrong to make up things based on his emotional outbursts. We are hoping he runs into some happiness soon."

They were efficient, quick, did a good job but left a mess everywhere. I will wait to grade the quality until the painting and everything is completely finished.

They were nice to work with, but the quality of their work was just about average. The drywallers had a lot of broken wallboard and holes they drilled incorrectly, and they just expected the finishers to cover for them. The finishers did an average job as well. They covered up some of these other mistakes and ndash; but there were still some nail holes, waves, and dimples that weren't totally covered up. They were the cheapest bid I got.

They installed the drywall in a day and it took about a week and a half to finish the mud, tape and texturing. The finished product was excellent.

I thought it went real well until I figured out that the drywaller had cover a couple of my outlets. Lesson learn make sure you mark or have a dimentioned detail of where your outlets, switches etc are and review before you let your drywaller finish the project. Other than that everything went well, very professional in installation of drywall and mudding and sanding.
