THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE. THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE USE OF THE BLACKLIGHTS FOR STAIN DETECTION. THEY ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED. PRICE WAS GREAT FOR ALL OF THEIR WORK. GUARANTEED WORK AND SAID WE COULD CALL ANYTIME IF WE FOUND ANYTHING NOT TO OUR SATISFACTION.
