The nest appears to be gone. The technician was friendly and explained what would happen over the course of the week. He made sure we knew that if the nest was not gone, they would come back and re-spray. We are very satisfied with the results and the price.

Was told the treatment was guaranteed for the season and if the wasps came back they would retreat for free. I called after six weeks for retreating and was told it was only guaranteed for 30 days. They actually listened to my phone call and agreed I was told for the season, but that after 6 weeks these must be new wasps. I would NEVER had agreed to the service if I knew it was only good for 30 days. MISLEADING!!

The technician showed up early, got to work immediately, and we haven't seen a spider since. We were seeing spiders on a daily basis, so we are pretty confident that this resolved the issue.

There were two young men who came to the house. They did the whole upstairs, basement and outside in 10 minutes. We still have wasps and nests around. We didn't get the Angies list price because we made the mistake of contacting them directly. We have now contracted with a different pest control company.
