Window Service
The only complaint I have is that it can be hard to find someone to help you. THey have gotten better over the years though.

I spent $1600 on that work. They were very nice to deal with. They were very congenial and gave us all of the prices. The installation crew was fantastic; they did what they were supposed to do and were good and clean. However, we did not get what we had ordered which we were not informed about till later. We live in the Northern States and we got windows for the Southern States. They told us we could not have what we had ordered with a 2 star window. The ratings make us eligible for the utility rebates or federal credits and we seem to be having a really hard time getting one. The windows I have are beautiful and work well.

HOME DEPOT CAME TO INSTALL WINDOW BLINDS IN MY HOME. I DO NOT THINK THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB. I FELT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED MORE QUESTION TO ENSURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED.

Carpet Installation
We had a bad experience. The measurements weren't incorrect, so seams were left in the hallway. The carpet was since discontinued, so we couldn't have it fixed. They gave us financial compensation, but it wasn't adequate. They wouldn't put in different carpet.
