I've used Rick for numerous projects. The quality of work his company does is fantastic. I've used him for my personal homes, rental homes, and flips. He is a very honest contractor who has even told me times when I've accidentally overpaid for his services. He is fantastic at communicating and working together with you to brainstorm solutions. If ever there is a problem you have with the work done, he is very accountable and will make sure it is done exactly how you want it. His prices are very fair and he completes the work very quickly. One of the best values you can find for a contractor who ticks all the boxes. Honest, professional, accountable, good quality work, communicates, shows up, timely etc.
