The repair man was prompt, kept his appointments, and performed the work in a timely manner. He was also very personable. I found their service to be very satisfactory.

I asked for a call after 10:30am before service, repairman called at 8:30am.
When he arrived, I opened the door and the smell of cigarettes blew me over and filled the whole house within seconds. I usually don't mind the smell of smoke, but this was so bad it made me ill. It smelled like an ash tray that has never been emptied.
The repairman was also very curt.
However, he found the problem quickly and the repair was done right and expediently. I was quite impressed with how quickly he was done with the repair.
If it wasn't for the smell and early phone call it would have been a much better experience.

I had called Dan's Maytag Home Appliance to work on my stove. They didn't try to sell me up when repairing my stove they fixed what need repaired. The service technician was professional and intelligent.

I ran my dishwasher while I was away from the house and came home to a puddle of water on the kitchen floor and the interior of the unit not drained. I assumed the drain pump was not working and called several services to have someone come out. The first few companies I called did not service dishwashers but one woman on the phone commented that it did sound like the pump was broken and that would be an expensive repair.
A neighbor recommended and quot;Dan Dans the Appliance Manand quot;, which was an old name for this company before the original Dan retired apparently. My neighbor had experienced prompt reasonably priced service with this company before at a rental home. I called late in the day and they scheduled me for next day service. Their technician called to confirm in the morning and left his cell phone number with me. He arrived at the agreed upon time and was a pleasant man.
The tech diagnosed that my pump was fine. The problem was that the main control module was not telling the pump to start the drain cycle. He recommended the replacement of that board and quoted a price. He had also noticed that the digital readout had lights missing such that an 8 might look like a 5, etc. I had been aware of that for some time. He suggested that he could replace that as well when the door panel was removed but advised me it was not necessary for the proper function of the unit. Just an option. It bothered me enough to opt to have it repaired.
When he called in to his parts department I quickly wrote out the part numbers as he repeated them back over the phone. After he left, I went to the internet to look up prices for those parts. I found his quote to be reasonable especially when allowing for his original call out (at no charge), the return trip to install, shipping on one part that had to be ordered (next day delivery), and a little markup for running a business.
Keep in mind that he could have advised me that the pump was also broken and I would have believed him. And that he gave me the option to replace the read out panel. He could have told me it was part of the problem.
He returned in a couple of days (over a weekend) with the new parts and installed them. The dishwasher is running like new and the digital readout is complete again.
I would use this company again.

The Dan's Appliance fellow was prompt and curtious, took one look at the stove and knew exactly what the problem was, corrected the problem, and was done in less than 15 minutes.

The price was very reasonable. I like their timeliness and that they have the parts available and give me options of what to do.
