He came with a object that looked like it was made out of gym bag material but its maybe 12' x 8" sleeve that wrapped around a main water pipe and stayed together with velcro straps. It plugged into the wall. Its been 3 -4 weeks and I notice a small change but nothing life altering.

With existing scale, depending upon what is in it, it can take a few months of water usage and rubbing the areas (not hard scrubbing or chemicals) the affected areas with the treated water to help clean up the areas. A couple things to make sure you are doing: * Maybe daily make sure some water gets on any build up areas (with hand, cloth or brush). * Make sure the system is plugged in and the light is glowing. * Use less soap (1/4 to 1/3 what you would normally use) in the Dishwasher and washing machine. * After 3 months, make sure to flush you water heater (call and I can help). I would be happy to stop by and check things out, no charge, and make sure the unit is functioning properly. We have been having excellent results with our Stabilizer system. If it needs to be replaced - I will do that. Our goal is to have you happy with your purchase. Let me know. Thanks, Mark Hulbert"

Mark was like a walking water-resource and purification encyclopedia! He has the ability to present purification concepts to people like me requiring a 'big-bird & cookie monster'-like explanation in a clear manner. His prices were BEYOND reasonable considering the service, distance traveled, and the hardware received. Mark was also patient and trusting. He allowed me to deliver a cashiers check 3-4 hours later because (at the time) the bank wasn't open. He's AWESOME - I've never had such a positive and educational experience within the water purification/resource management field, I'm soooo grateful. Thank you very much Mark.

I called Mark to get information about his whole house water systems. He emailed us information about the different systems that he uses and made some suggestions. We set up an appointment to go over our choices. Mark showed up at our house on time. We talked about the cost and everything that we were interested in. He checked the hardness of our water and explained what was needed to soften our water. He even explained that the hardness of our water would change at times during the year and how we could change the settings on our system. Mark explained the difference in using salt pellets versus salt crystals and the difference between regular salt and potassium. He ended up installing the whole house system that day as he had come prepared just in case we were ready. We just built our new home so the basement is unfinished. Mark was able to tie into the water lines without any issues. He suggested that we have one of the outside bibs set up with the soft water to wash the windows and cars and one left with the city water for plants. We talked about adding a couple more hose bibs down the road and how easy it would be to set them up with soft water also. Mark was very thorough in the work that he did, set up our system in a very timely manner, and cleaned up the work area very well. Within a few days we had wonderful soft water. We enjoyed learning about our water. Mark is very easy to talk to and listened to our wants and needs. We will definitely call Mark for any other water needs we may have!

When Mark Hulbert called-I expected to see a smooth talking man, wearing a suit, who would try to sell me more or a higher priced system. I was SO wrong. Mark was wearing work clothes and he was very friendly and professional. /////he Showed his credentials immediately and put me at ease. He asked where my water came into the house-I showed him, then in no time he had the system installed. He never tried to sell me anything else. He gave me many pointers on using the system, how to save on soap and detergent.
He gave me suggestions on what to expect-he also gave me his card so I could call him if I had a problem. Icould not have asked for better service.

Mark, the owner and installer, was prompt and personable. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about water treatment. The system he installed was one of the least expensive ones I saw in shopping around, but it works fine.

Mark came out and gave me a bid on a whole house water softener.
He was on time, and knowledgeable about water softener.
After researching different companies and products, I decided Mark & the system he installed was the best option.
The other systems were either too expensive, or too cheap.
The system he uses is automatic and doesn't leave the slimy feeling other softeners leave.
He installed the system in about 2-3 hours. He did a superb job & installed the system where he & I thought was best.
The system is working perfect after a few months of use. I would highly recommend him.

Contacted Best Water in Utah on March 19, was impressed with Mark's knowledge and honesty. Scheduled install of water softener system for my 2 BR newly built condo and reverse osmosis system at kitchen sink on March 24. The install was completed in a few hours. He installed it into our new home. He came the very next day and he stayed late and did extra work. He did not ask for extra compensation for that. He also had to plummet a further distance. He called the next day to ask how things were doing. His price and service were incredibly outstanding. He has also called back to check on things.
