Nic was wonderful to work with. Very kind and professional and thorough with the home inspection. He got us a copy of the report in less than 1 day. After completing the inspection he walked through with us and was extremely patient and willing to explain everything to us. He charges less than other quotes we received for the size of the home. I would highly recommend Bassett Home Solutions if you want home inspection or radon testing done. Nic was able to do the inspection and radon testing the very next day, and was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He went over the issues he identified in detail and was able to answer my questions. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone!

Nic is a very nice guy, however I am extremely upset about the work. He inspected a home we purchased and marked electrical as fine when there are clearly issues. We had outlets and light switches not working that he listed they do (i.e. one was not even wired when we pulled the cover off so there is no way it would have worked like he said it did). Upon digging further these are major safety issues/fire hazards. Such a waste of money and now I am worried what else he missed or lied about.

Nick was prompt, professional, and very helpful. I followed him throughout the inspection and he gave me insights on what he was seeing, on what the related codes were, and answered all my questions about the house.
