He was knowledgeable with all facets of our roof issues. Greg worked our job  in so that pending rain did not not do further damage.   Came at midnight when he was concerned about rain. Wow that's really unusual.....  Hard driven worker.  Job done professionally and we are very pleased with the results and repair. Crew showed up as promised.  They immediately found the source of the leak, pulled about 4-6' of roof tiles so we could see the water drainage.  Presented me with options to fix the problem now and in the future.  I opted for a repair at this time, they repaired per my instructions, re-routed the flow of water away from the room and into the gutter.  Installed larger gutter with downspout.  Only Greg was involved with negotiations.  Crew was professional and did their work thoroughly.

Sideone gets the highest marks for roof repair and rain gutters. They first installed gutters on several along the roof where they were missing. Also, repaired several existing gutters that were not installed well. Their work was excellent and the price was very good. They went the extra mile to make sure the entire gutter system was correct. The biggest and most important contribution was the discovery of serious problems with the condition of the felt seal on the lower roof. The roof repair was excellent and fairly priced. Sideone was on time and very efficient. The put my roof back into excellent condition and significantly increased the expected life of the sealing felt. I have no hesitation in giving them top marks for roofing too.

The really did an awesome job, they finished the entire project in one day, staying late to make sure it was completed correctly. They insisted I walk through the the job after they finished to make sure I was completely satisfied. The finished the job last night and it's rained all day today and the gutters have done their job perfectly!
I had priced doing the gutters myself using parts from Home Depot, and Sideone didn't cost much more than just parts would have cost me. I'm really happy with the work and the pricing. My only minor complete is that it took 3-5 days for them to return any of my calls and emails - that's what I get for having the work done right during the holiday season :) I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a friend who needs similar work.

Today is day 3 of the construction project.  These guys are awesome.  Very professional and know exactly what they are doing.  We ran into a problem where there was moisture damage on the side of the front porch where the rain came down behind the siding.  They removed all that and also replaced those boards.  They are very meticulous in what they are doing.  Everyday before they leave they clean up everything.  I am very happy with the work so far.

Like many small contractors they sometimes have too many jobs going on at the same time, so there were a couple of days when they didn't show up. However, having said that, they did finish the job in a very reasonable amount of time. The quality of the work was excellent. The owner cares about the quality of the work and he spent plenty of time talking to us about options and what can and should be done. They also cared about cleaning up the job site after the work was finished. They were also good at fixing up a couple of minor mistakes that happened. One was that an outside electrical outlet got covered up by stucco. They found it after we mentioned it, and managed to open it up again. After the job was finished we decided to remove a fence post from the corner of the house. This left a spot without stucco. They came right out and patched it up so it looks fine. The owner and manager are very easy to communicate with, and they have great eyes for detail.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did.

Starting in August I began looking for a roofer. I received one estimate for about 15,000.00 which was way too high and I needed something more affordable. After weeks of seeking another roofing contractor. I got 4 verbal commitments, promises of estimates, but not one contractor followed through. After 2 months had passed I was in a panic. They all gave me the same song and dance, and quot;I'll call you by Friday..and quot;. Finally at the end of October (winter snow usually hits Utah by then) I called Sideone Exteriors and crossed my fingers and toes. Later that same afternoon that I had left my message, someone answered my call and said they would take a look at the roof the next day. About 2:00 the next afternoon I got a call from Terry Billington and he was standing on the house and giving me his opinion about what needed to be done. He said he would get me an estimate the next day and guess what? The estimate appeared in my e-mail when it was promised. It was half of the previous estimate. I was so relieved. Not only did Sideone do what they said they would do but they did it in a timely manner. The roof was completed on time and the cost did not change from the estimate they gave me. The materials and workmanship were top quality. They provided a guarantee for materials and workmanship. I was so grateful and relieved. It actually snowed 2 days later. Just in time. They run a very professional business!

I contacted five roofing companies in the area and only two showed up to give me an estimate. Mike at Sideone was on time for the appointment and his estimate was half of the other companies. In addition to replacing my roof Sideone also replace some warped siding and they also adjust the gutters and moved a downspout. Sideone was ontime, did a great job, and left the yard clean when they were finished.

I needed to have rain gutters installed on a house I was purchasing to satisfy the bank. I spoke with Greg who promptly met me at the house and gave me what I thought was a very fair bid for the work that needed to be done. Best of all he was able to get the it done quickly on short notice even though it was the week of Thanksgiving. They did a great job.
