Melling Granite

Great overall experience! Quick return time on granite options. Once committed to a slab, they had the slab in their hands in a couple of days. Went out of their way to ensure I loved the piece. Little snafu with their distributor, Melling was not happy until I was happy. I was sent photos of a different cut off the slab, so I expected THAT piece... Turned out they had been given a photo of a pre-sold slab. Melling wanted to get a new slab for me, one that they felt I adored. I was good with the one sent. They cut it to the patterns I wanted to capture in my countertops, and helped guide the best decisions for the flow of the kitchen to maximize the movements I liked in the slab. Installed all pieces in one evening. I know they felt really bad about the photo sent of a sold piece, but the snag ended up being a blessing. I LOVE the pieces I ended up installing! Besides, it wasn't in any way their fault! But they were ready and willing to do whatever it took to fix it regardless. Awesome people, professional, and genuinely customer service oriented! If I need granite again, I have no need to look elsewhere! I'd highly recommend them!
