My brother and I tried to go with the cheapest truck rental in Cedar City and were told that the car carrier could not be dropped off any where near my brothers home even though there were many rental places in the area. So, thankfully, we went to Cullens Uhaul on Airport Road. I have rented from them before and the man who runs it is very kind. He knows the equipment he is renting out and each time has inspected them to make sure that they are o.k. before you take them. He saw that a cap had come off of the car carrier wheel and replaced it right away. Then he helped my brother put the car on the carrier and made sure that it was on tight. He was VERY professional. My brother had no trouble with the truck or the trailer all the way to Washington State and he was able to drop off the truck and car carrier by his home.
