"There is no mention in our history of any continuing or repeat problems on the customer's vehicle. We're not sure what they are referring to. There are repairs documented, but nothing more than once and no mention of any damage to the vehicle. The customer indicated that the repair was performed in October 2015, but the last time it was in our dealership was in 2010. Since the last repair performed was nearly 5 years ago, we have no memory of the repair and can only rely on what is documented."

"The repair performed was a wire repair to the right front turn signal and was not charged to the customer. The customer had recently purchased the vehicle from us and we took care of the repair under the used car warranty. I'm not sure why we were graded low on price when there was no charge to the customer. We were also graded low on quality and I find no mention of any problems with our workmanship. There is no history of any repeat repairs or complaints. Since the repair was done nearly 2 years ago, we really don't remember anything about the repair and can only comment on what is documented."

Overall this experience was ideal! I never had to get a rental car since my schedule and my husbands schedule lined up perfectly. It was quicker than I expected. I had my car back in 5 days and its like brand new! They even washed the inside and outside of my car for me!

These guys were great! They charge a little more than other repair shops but that is to be expected from a dealership. From the beginning I could tell that they were honest and wouldn't try to talk me into something that I wouldn't need. They were fast, professional and most importantly they respected my time.
