They gave us an average quote, showed up for work when promised, installed the new unit with little or no supervision and cleaned up all old debris and removed. We had a problem with soot leaking from duct work that wasn't sealed sufficiantly. We had to call several times to get him to return to correct problem. Eventually showed up and corrected problem. We wish he would have recommended a thorough cleaning of all duct work before commencing work as this would have prevented any soot problems. We assumed this was part of job. Overall I would definately hire him again, a very pleasant company to deal with. I would just get more details on what exactly the job would require and what was going to be done. I would ask up front if there was any additional work that should be done to make unit perform at its best.
Description of Work: Replaced old oil heater with new forced air propane heater and A/C unit.
