Machine broke so was unable to fix but did not charge me for the service. Will definitely use again.

Several new parts were required to complete that repair. I was able to go get the parts an replace them myself. Brian called to verify that I was able to effect the repair and offer his services if I couldn't do it myself or if anything else popped up. He charge me a minimal fee which I though was very reasonable considering the time he spent.

He came over right away, took a very long time to do his work, didn't tell us how much things were costing, and we were unhappily surprised with the end bill amount. We feel he should have asked us if we were willing to pay $300ish for him to snake our line BEFORE he did it. If we had known, we would have rather paid the $50ish to rent one ourselves (from Home Depot). And we would have installed a new water heater ourselves if we had known how much he was uping the price to have him do it. And we weren't very impressed with his advice about our septic system. However, he did put a plastic thing down to keep the carpet clean from where he was walking. We felt that was very professional.
