We haven't use Ellies in a while only because we now have 4 dogs and travel is almost impossible. If we were to travel in the future we would absolutely use Ellies. They are animal lovers and when we picked up our dogs they didn't seem to care that we were there so they had obviously not been traumatized by being there. They have a large selection of kennels and suites to choose from. Indoor, outdoor and indoor/outdoor. The ONLY thing I did not like was the limited drop off and pick up times. Otherwise I would give them an A+ and have recommended them to all my dog loving friends.

Tucker had his eyes removed due to an accident when just a year old. He was fluffy enough that no one could tell, and he was adorable! Phylline loved Tucker and made him beautiful every 3 weeks for 15 years. What more can I say? Now we're starting anew with Bentley, and I know she will show the same care and compassion for him.

We live in Logan so we have a 30 minute drive to get there. We have 2 happy, well adjusted full size Collies. They like people and other dogs. Since morning drop off is between 9 am and 10 am, we had to make a special trip to take the dogs there (it would have been more convenient to drop them off a little later on our way to the airport). We took their usual food with them. When I dropped the dogs off is when I first found out they do not accept checks (other that Brigham City checks). I should have been told this over the phone. Their website clearly states they do not accept credit cards. I asked why they don't accept checks and she said because they have a hard time collecting the money (hmmm). I was allowed a quick tour of the place and it was clean and large. Picking up the dogs: They were delivered to us with poop on them! Need I say more. Also, our dogs were not themselves for about a month after returning home. They would not eat, had diarrhea and appeared depressed. We travel a lot and have boarded the dogs many times. They have never come home like this before and I could never take them there again.

Facility is always clean and does not smell despite all the animals. There are cat condos and suites, which Phylene has decorated nicely. Even my cat does not complain about going to Ellie's Pet Hotel. Phylene is warm, loving, a Dog Whisperer.

Their facility is top notch, and they take excellent care of their boarders. My dog was exercised regularly, and they have indoor/outdoor suites that are just perfect for my pet.
