Windshield Doctor Inc

Horrible!  A few days later the mirror fell off the new windshield installed by Windshield Doctor.  I contacted the ownder--Matt--less than a week after the installation to get the mirror repaired.  He said that the problem was not with his windshield or workmanship but with my mirror.  I assured Matt that while I had had problems with my mirror a year earlier, it was fine before they installed their windshield.  In short, Matt refused to come out and fix the mirror even though I was sitting in my car when I was talking with him telling it was falling off the windshield.  Instead, he referred me back to Strong Audi to get my mirror fixed.  I told him clearly that I was unhappy and that it was his responsibility to guarantee his workmanship.  He told me I was not taking responsibility for my faulty mirror.  I asked Matt if he would cover any charges I incurred at Strong Audi if they were related to his workmanship--he refused.  I went to Strong Audi and Tony, one of the senior service manager diagnosed the problem as a faulty installation.  The mirror was fine, it was falling off the windshield because of either a faulty product or installation.  Only after Strong Audi called Matt personally did he agree to come and fix his faulty workmanship.  If I were a private party I would have been stuck with a big problem.  It was only when the big company--Strong Audi--called that this company responded.  If you're a private party beware of this vendor!
