Moving
The transport was missing the tie down straps and chains for the axles. All the safety equipment was missing. I had to wait for them to open so they could fix the problem. They did not have the tools to fix it so we had to have a friend bring the tools and it delayed us 6 hours as a result. The general manager of the store and the president listed on the door did not return phone calls from me.
