We carry everything you need form cleaning supplies, janitorial supplies and a complete line of window cleaning supplies. Our store also has carpet cleaning rentals. We carry vacuum brands of Eureka, Sanitaire and Miele. We repair most vacuums and carpet cleaning machines. We are privately owned and operated. We have carpet extractors for rent in Utah.

The technician said the leak was the result of a very tiny slit in the door gasket and that he couldn't hear any noises.  He ordered a new gasket and installed it a couple of weeks later.  We were surprised at the high cost.  The dishwasher seemed OK for a time or two and then started leaking again intermittently.  It was the exact same problem as before.  I was incredibly busy and did not call back as soon as I should have.  When I did call back, I felt like the receptionist was rude.  She told me that since I hadn't called back within 30 days, they would not warranty their work and would charge me full tilt for a new service call to have someone come back out.  I asked to talk to the owner and got the same story.  He refused to waive the service charge to come back out because 30 days had elapsed.  I feel as though they mis-diagnosed the problem the first time, charged me to replace a gasket that wasn't the source of the problem, and then wouldn't stand behind their work.  I would never use them again.

     I did what Gerald said while he stayed on the phone and the machine emptied out.  Then he told me to continue to check it over several days as it could be a different problem also.  Everything has been fine ever since.
     In the past I have used Appliance Discount Center to repair my 20 year old fridge and my elderly dryer.  I have purchased my dishwasher and my water softener from them.  I will use them again.

We have a busy schedule and we couldn't be available for them to come over and fix the dishwasher. So they instructed as to what needed to done and it was really helpful. The appliances that we bought from them are really good. They were really nice to work with.

Spent 10 mins looking at washer. Then tried to sell me a new one for $1200.00. Told me my machine was cheap. I asked for discount for paying cash, and was told absolutely no discount. New part to fix would be $430-$450.

"I am so sorry that you are upset. We pride ourselves on good customer service. Our service call price in actually lower than most. The machine that you have is noted by all service people as a cheap and problem machine. It has many complaints and problems and we are happy that our repairman was honest with you and didn't charge you over $480 dollars for a machine that is not worth fixing. The repairman's estimate was for a set of a washer and dryer and we have front load machines starting at about $699.00. It would be of no benefit for our repairman to sell you a machine because he is paid on commission for his labor. Cash payment saves you the cost of interest. We are sorry that you felt the need to put this on Angie's list. If you would like to call us in person for more information please feel free. 801-295-8229. Thank you"
