HIRED HAND HOME SVC

I called on Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday in the late afternoon. No one had called or come by at 6:30ish. The owner/operator said that he had had a problem at the site he had been working. I indicated that I understood and that he could come by the following day after work. Wednesday evening rolled around and I had no word from the company. I called and the owner/operator indicated that he had forgotten the appointment, which really did not thrill me, but he told me that he had to make a phone call and would be over shortly. I was sitting on the front porch and missed his call. The voicemail he left indicated he would be over on Thursday morning. From my perspective, this was way too little way too late! I sent a text message indicating that I had resolved the problem in another fashion! The experience left me feeling like the fat ugly girl who'd been stood up on prom night!!

The gentleman who did the work for us was Tay Onana. He did an excellent job. He went over and above what we expected. Tay not only repaired our sprinkler but improved it so we would have none to very little problems in the future. We were very pleased.
