"I'm really sorry for the bad experience you had with your landscaping project, however I don't have any record of doing business with you or of ever speaking with you. I looked up your address on google maps and I don't recognize your address and have never even been to your property. I have informed Angie's List of the mixup and they are working on clearing things up. I did purchase Complete Landscapes in the winter of 2011 and had a non-compete agreement signed by the previous owner. If he was using my name illegally and did the work for you, I would like to know so I can resolve that issue as well. I take great pride in completing my jobs with the customer being satisfied and happy with the work we did. Again, I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience with whoever it was that did the work. If there is anything I can do to help the situation, please let me know. My cell is 801-230-8184. Thanks"
"[member name removed], Wow! I have to say that I'm totally shocked by your review here. We set an appointment to meet on March 4th and even though it was pouring rain I was there and met with you...I told you it would take me several days to get the bid to you(I'm working on several bids a day right now) and I emailed the bid to you on March 7th, 3 days later. I sincerely thought that I was responding in good time. I'm sorry if you expected something different; I wish you would have called to discuss that instead of leaving a negative review here. Best wishes to you."
"[member name removed], I have to say I'm a little surprised by your review here. I know that last year during the busy months I had a bit of a hard time returning ALL phone calls but so far this year I have noted and returned all calls. I don't think I've missed any yet. I went back in my planner and couldn't find your name anywhere so I'm not sure if you forgot to leave a call back number or if I couldn't understand your message or if you perhaps have mistaken me for another contractor....but if you'd like to call at this point, I'd be more than happy to come out and take a look at your project! Thanks"
"I'm sorry things didn't work out better for us. I thought I had called in August and September and left messages to keep you up to date. We had some bad weather that put us a little behind and a couple of the jobs we did ended up adding a lot of additional work once we started so it pushed my schedule back. I try to keep everyone on my schedule updated on our status so I apologize for the miscommunication. Best of luck to you. Take care!"
I did have one issue with a sprinkler a few weeks later, but they promptly fixed it. I'm very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone!! I've had many compliments on the yard, and love having a new space to spend time with the family.
"Thank you so much for the positive review! You guys were a joy to work for and I appreciated your hospitality! I actually just drove past your place today to give a bid in the same area and it made me feel really good to see the kid's toys out on the back lawn. I know they were looking forward to having grass to play on. It gives me great satisfaction to help provide that! Thanks again!"
"Thanks so much for letting us be a part of your renovations! It was a lot of fun working with you guys; the project had it's little challenges as most do but it was great to work together to solve them. And it was awesome to see it come together! I can't wait to come back and see it with all the planting done and mulch in. I'm sure it will be stunning! Thanks again!"
"I'm really happy with how your patio turned out. I think it will be an addition to your yard that you will be able to enjoy for years to come. Thanks for your hospitality and for your business!"
"I'm so sorry I didn't return your call...during the summer months we get so many calls it's hard to manage the crews, coordinate projects, deliver materials, etc., etc. and still have time to return all the calls that come in. This year I am actually hiring a secretary to help take and return calls so this won't be a problem any more. Thanks for your feedback so I can improve my business!"
