THE CLOSING WENT VERY WELL.
WE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE GREETED IMMEDIATELY. WE WERE OFFERED REFRESHMENTS AND TAKEN RIGHT BACK TO A CLOSING ROOM.
ALL THE DOCUMENTS WERE IN ORDER AND THE SIGNING WENT WITHOUT A HITCH! BONNIE EXPLAINED ALL THE FIGURES ON EACH PAGE AS WE SIGNED.
THEY MADE US A COPY FOR OUR RECORDS AND WE WERE GONE IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES ON MANY RENTALS BEFORE AND HAD TOP RESULTS EACH TIME. THEY OFFER A REDUCED RATE IF YOU'VE CLOSED THE SAME PROPERTY WITH THEM BEFORE TOO!
