Brad was slow in responding to my original request for a bid, but once he showed up, he was professional and kind. His price was a little high, but the quality of the work was great. Him and his crew were timely and worked hard. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day and at the completion of the project.

It started out well, until they were finished. Landscape boulders were placed over the property line and they damaged one of my fence posts. Brad did not do the right thing and offer to fix the mistakes. Instead he wanted to charge me to redo his error on the landscape boulders and thought the fence was damaged already, but was not. Very disappointed with the service provided.

Worked with us and our crazy schedule and completed the job in one day and di what he said he would and even fixed my shed in the process!

While my project is not yet finished I can not say enough about how happy I am with Brad and his crew.  Brad himself made several trips out to my house before we started to make sure everything was just as I wanted it.  His ideas on how to solve a very tricky situation that involves my yard and my neighbors driveway were very helpful.  He has been more than patient with the challenges of working with both me and my neighbor on this part of the property.  I seriously can not recommend him enough and will use him for everything I can in the future.  He is definitely interested in making sure his customers are happy and will go the extra mile (and a half) to ensure this happens.  He even called me and told me that the driver who delivered the rock had damaged my driveway, and he made sure to get photo's. (Please note this rock company was not one that Brad typically uses,  it was part of the challenge of working with a neighbor).   He is a great communicator and lets you know if something comes up to delay your project, which happens in this industry.

The results, integrity and reliability stood out. They help us pick out the gravel and stuff. The cost was fair for all that amount of work.

Rockwell Pointe Brad and Austin to the rescue. I got my sprinklers running just fine, then I had concrete monsters come tear up 4 sprinkler heads and re-position the existing heads at odd angles. One phone call to Rockwell, and Austin was done the very next day. Fast repairs and a wonderful price.
