Preventive Pest Control is a locally owned company. We have been in business since 2004 and serve families and businesses from Ogden to Santaquin. "[Member name removed] we are sorry that you didn't have the experience we expect our clients to have with our service. 2012 was the last year we used door to door salesman for the fact that we always had communication errors between the salesman and our office staff. They would promise things to the customer and never put notes for us on the agreements. We should have been treating for your voles earlier and not had you wait 5 months after you started. As far as the rain is concerned the product we use is micro encapsulated, so like a capsule on a pill, it is protected from rain, sprinklers, snow and the weather. We are able to apply it around the base of homes and it will stay for up to 3 months. The service is also guaranteed so if you had any issues between treatments or just wanted it sprayed again because of the concern with the rain, we would come back for free. We wish you the best in the future and if you needed anything from us, we would give you a free treatment to make up for the mistakes we had in 2012.
