This companies customer service is superior! I had a fairly basic alarm system installed in my home. There are four door sensors, four window sensors and a motion detection sensor. They were here on time and used booties to cover their feet, protecting my flooring. They installed the system in a very short time cleaning up anything left behind. Due to placement of the sensors small holes were drilled into the door frame for the door sensors. These are not noticeable at all and are very small sensors at the base of the door molding. I did have some issues with my main control panel. The owner and his staff were very responsive and always responded to my text messages immediately. They did end up replacing my control panel which they stated has never been an issue. They use very high rated equipment 2GIG. The replacement was done by them without question which I had concerns that would be difficult to get them to agree to. Again the customer service was superior. I have even asked questions of them about the monitoring service that they have responded to the day of my text. If I were in need of a more complex alarm systems these guys would also have my business.

I have a great new system that is on pace with all of the great technology out there. I had cameras added, sensors for my garage doors, wireless updates (no need for a land line), integrated home locks (remote lock and unlock), and integrated thermostats.
I will be putting this system in 2-3 other spaces I have. The system just works, has a great dashboard and web access. Luke is amazing. He can answer all of your questions and does a great job in putting your safety first.
