When I went to drop the truck off where it told me to on the contract, there was no sign of a U haul place at the address in Morgan. I called a number shown on the storage place matching the name and address that U haul had given me and was told they were no longer a U haul outlet.
I went to another U haul place in Layton, Utah where they took the truck in and just plain cheated me out of $20 for gas. They said I was supposed to have 5/8 of a tank and only had 1/2 a tank. This was ridiculous. I was charging my company for the cost and had just gassed up the truck in Morgan. If it was at 1/2 it was U haul's fault for sending me to a closed U haul location.
This place was on Fairfield Road in Layton, Utah.
There are other places to rent a truck. I would recommend not using this business for anything.

Uhaul schedules oneway rentals the day before pickup at the location closest to your preferred location depending upon equipment availability and notify the customer through the phone number and email address that was given to us when the reservation was made. I hope your next experience with Uhaul is better and we would love to help you with any future moves by going straight through our location."
